Small and very thoughtful details really do pull an event together. For Sophia's tea party we gathered all the tea cups in the house and borrowed this beautiful elephant tea pot from a friend. Every detail counts.

Sophia is obsessed with gum balls. Did you know Party City sells them in EVERY color you could want?? |
Sophia loves sparkle, so instead of just four burning candles we threw in a few extra for a burst of light, she loved this!! |
Every year I make crowns for the party, this year I was a little worried it was not going to come together because I could not find the time having had the flu at the beginning of the week. Lucky for me and Sophia I had some midnight elves come and help me finish this favorite detail. |
Remember the Fish's Eddy's straws??? They were everywhere and the girls LOVED them. They tried using them in their tea cups. |
What better choice in flowers then the Sweet Heart Rose. They are small, come in a variety of pinks and oranges. They were the perfect flower for this event. |
I also suggest using real china when it comes to a party, it makes the event feel all that more special.
More to come....
xoxo
