Today I walking to church thinking about the Hebrew's Bible study I will be hosting next week. When I was thinking about it I thought what does the song Jesus Loves Me have to do with this book in the Bible. In that moment I saw a crown of thorns, like Jesus' perched on a fence of an apartment building. i wish I had my camera or a phone that took pics. It was the strangest thing and totally something that would happen in a Mexican tale. I will walk by again and see if it is still there so I can photograph it. What a powerful image for me. To think what is the Jesus loves me connection and then to see the crown of thorns hanging from the fence. I am not superstitious, but that was an interesting moment.
