What do you do when you have an event in the winter and want to include something delicate and beautiful??? One might think of orchids, you can get them all year long, or pussy willows, which are also good looking, but do not exude warmth and elegance. For me Quince is the branch of the winter, you can buy it in white or pink or combine the two. Quince reminds us that indeed Spring is on its way, despite the snowy weather.
BTW I heart West Elm's vases, any of these lovely vases would be perfect for a branch or two of quince.
