Sophia the Priest

This Sunday Sophia joined her dad up front. I about died. She ran up to him during the Peace and just hung on tight to his vestments. I thought for sure he would send her back to me during announcements, he did not. I tried to pull her back to me with my eyes, that does not work!!!! The offering began and she stayed with Jake following his every move. I kept waiting for Jake t give me a signal to come get the girl. He did not!!!! Finally I thought with communion starting he would send her down, nope. The gir crawled behind the communion table and sat there while Jake led us in communion. I decided to go behind them and grab the girl when I had a chance. She could see me and held tight to Jake. When she got comfortable she began to play kitty and started crawling around the table meowing. In that moment I nabbed the girl and we got in line for communion. All the ladies loved it. They told me next time just to let Sophia do what she wants, yeah right.
