Raising children brings an insight into human nature that is very unique. As people I think one of the most difficult traps we find ourselves in is longing for something more then what we have. I have found that Sophia is the perfect reminder of appreciation. She is small for such a short amount of time it is difficult not to appreciate all the small and wonderful things of each day. Meals, parks, and make-belive become centerpieces in our lives. I am so pleased to have this experience. Each day Sophia and Henry give me glimpses of what it would be like to appreciate and live into each moment of the day.
