This weekend was the Soho wedding. I like to get started the day before the wedding. I dishwash all the vases and treat all the flowers, that way they stay alive and fresh. My biggest fear is that all the flowers will die, so I am sure to keep them as lively as possible. I then get all my materials together. This keeps the process low on stress.
How do you keep flowers fresh for a long time? I never know whether or not to put them in cold or hot or warm water...?
ReplyDeleteNever hot!!!! I always collect the flowers from the florist the day prior to the event. Depending on the flower will determine whether you need cold or warm water. Also, some flowers need a little food to keep them going and perky.
